A blanc de blanc Chardonnay medium dry natural sparkling wine made in the Traditionale Method. Fermented in bottle and aged on lees for a minimum of 3 years.
Pale straw in colour, displaying fine and delicate aromatics of citrus blossom, forest berries and toasted biscuit. The palate is nutty with fresh citrus flavours rich and creamy with small delicate beads.
